Eddy App
The Brief
Eddy App is a mobile digital interactive educational storybook experience focused on entrepreneurship. It is a summary of the best entrepreneurship books, blogs, podcasts, and videos transformed into an interactive playbook. It is meant to be informative but easy and accessible.
Challenges
One challenge faced while working on the Eddy App is figuring out how to streamline the development process of each of the pages to increase the development speed for future chapters of the book. This is something me and the programmers have been developing and something we focused on since designing the first page. Using repeatable assets and interactive elements has allowed us to tackle this effectively.
My Role
With Eddy App, I was the lead designer focused on developing the visuals including the UI/UX, illustrations, animations, and interactions. The style is a flat simple design with clean visuals. Eddy App was being developed remotely with team members in Spain, Italy, and me in Mexico City at the time.
